Shipping and processing time

If the purchased product is in stock, the shipment will be shipped as soon as possible, between 2-3 business days from the date the payment is received. In exceptional cases, the customer will be notified via email of the extended waiting time. For card payments, order processing time is counted from the moment the payment is authorized.

Shipping within Poland

We ship orders via the courier company InPost. All packages are insured.

Shipping costs (Poland):

InPost courier – PLN 15
InPost parcel locker – PLN 15

Free shipping within Poland for orders over PLN 690 (or the equivalent in another currency).

International shipping

International shipments are shipped via FedEx, DPD, or DHL. Delivery times range from 2–5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
