Silver jewellery, whether raw or gold-plated, requires special attention and to always look beautiful, it must be properly cared for.Processes such as dulling, loss of shine or colour change cannot be avoided, but they can be significantly delayed and minimised, which is why it is so important to look after it from the moment of purchase.
A few tips below will help you take care of your Balade jewellery:
Silver jewelry should not come into contact with detergents or cosmetics. Avoid direct application of lotion, deodorant or perfume.
Bathing with your jewelry on is not recommended, and if you do, you should dry it thoroughly.
To store it, choose a dry and shaded place with limited access to air; a wooden box lined with a soft material or plastic ziplock bag would be best.
Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth and a household or professional cleaner.
